Live from Music Row Wednesday morning on The Tennessee Star Report with Michael Patrick Leahy – broadcast on Nashville’s Talk Radio 98.3 and 1510 WLAC weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. – host Leahy welcomed original all-star panelist Crom Carmichael to the studio for another edition of Crom’s Crommentary.
CROM CARMICHAEL:
As I was getting ready to come into the show this morning, I sat down at my computer for one last look to see what might be going on. Tarren Bragdon and Stewart Whitson – Mr. Whitson is the legal director of the Foundation for Government Accountability.
And this is in The Wall Street Journal, that Biden has signed an executive order using the whole of government. I’m going to quote from the article, that “President Biden is ordering all agencies, the federal bureaucracy, to expand citizen opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information and participate in the electoral process.”
So the president of the United States is signing an executive order that is taking the federal government and putting it in charge of – and doing this by executive order, trying to do it by executive order.
This organization is filing a lawsuit to stop Biden from doing this because the Constitution specifically leaves federal elections up to the States and the administration of the federal elections up to the States.
This is now why we know why Biden has been allowing all of these illegal immigrants to flood across our southern border and dispersing them throughout the country. He plans on registering them to vote.
That is what his goal is. This is what grifters do, Michael. They do not care about the law. They operate like an organized crime family. And unfortunately, the Democrat Party is now just that. Not necessarily in Tennessee, although there are some in Tennessee who think that what Biden is doing is legal.
I’m not even going to talk about whether or not it’s a good thing. It’s just whether or not it’s legal and it’s not. And my guess is, just as the airline mask mandate was shot down by a federal judge, I’m guessing that this lawsuit will be filed in a place where these people believe that there is a federal judge that they will present the case to [who] believes that the Constitution matters.
And so I’m guessing that this will get shot down. But it shows you the nature of this president. He’s using the whole of government to essentially destroy the culture of our country.
And it’s sad. I think by the midterms he won’t have any power to really enact anything. And a lot of people will be called to account in hearings. By the way, there’s a report that he is now, Biden has told Obama that he’s going to run again, which means that the only way the Democrats are going to be able to get rid of them is to literally take him out of office.
My guess is, as I’ve said, I predict that will happen in the first four months of next year. But we are on a razor’s edge here in the country if one party thinks it can use the whole of government as a campaign operation for its own party.
